Lori Silverman, E-RYT, enjoys creating beautiful spaces and has combined this with her passion for yoga in opening The Old Mill Studio. She is a registered instructor with Yoga Alliance and shares with her students the benefits that yoga has to offer to both mind and body. Lori has a creative and playful spirit in her teaching, combined with a thorough knowledge of the Principles of Universal Alignment as taught in Anusara yoga.
Carol Morrill, Licensed Acupuncturist, Anusara-inspired yoga teacher, E-RYT.has studied movement all her life, from dance to the martial arts, Tai Chi and QiGong. She began her studies of Tai Chi in her late teens and continues to this day. As part of her Tai Chi training, the principles of Acupuncture became an integral part. She is a California Licensed Acupuncturist and has had a private Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine practice here in the mountain area since 1987. Carol began her study of Yoga in 1975. In the early 1990s she was introduced to John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga and has been studying with him ever since. Carol is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and is a Anusara Yoga Inspired Teacher.
Jamie Dobson, CYT, was born and raised in the Oakhurst area and has studied with local Iyengar and Anusara trained teachers. Completing her Hatha Yoga training and certification early fall 2006, she has taught weekly yoga classes at the Old Mill Studio and as a volunteer at a local church. Her major yoga interests include yoga therapeutics and developing a deep sense of self respect and nature appreciation in her students.
SHARON CIOFFI, CMT, has been a certified massage therapist for 22 years, combining Swedish/Esalen, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Reflexology techniques for a healing and relaxing, individualized treatment.  She has also taught Hatha Yoga for 17 years, having studied at the White Lotus Foundation, Esalen Institute, and Integral Yoga.  She has taught stress management and meditation classes and individual sessions.  Sharon was a certified arthritis exercise and self-help instructor for ten years for the Arthritis Foundation.  She has an appreciation of how bodywork, yoga and meditation can promote self healing of body, mind and spirit, and she loves to share these modalities with everyone.  Her favorite saying is “The mind must heal for the body to mend.”
