CAROL MORRILL, CERTIFIED ANUSARA-INSPIRED™ YOGA TEACHER, E-RYT and LICENSED ACUPUNCTURIST ~ has studied movement all her life, from dance to the martial arts, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. She began her studies of Tai Chi in her late teens and continues to this day. As part of her Tai Chi training, the principles of Acupuncture became an integral part. She is a California Licensed Acupuncturist and has had a private Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine practice here in the mountain area since 1987. Carol began her study of Yoga in 1975. In the early 1990’s she was introduced to John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga and has been studying with him ever since. Carol brings a deep understanding of creating balance in body and mind to her yoga classes. |

LORI SILVERMAN, E-RYT ~ is a registered instructor with Yoga Alliance and shares with her students the benefits that yoga has to offer to both mind and body. CSURI ODRY (pronounced "Chudy"), but we all call her Chude, was born to Hungarian parents who settled in the Yosemite area in the 1980's. She has been a local for over 20 years. The Old Mill Staff welcomes Csuri as our new Tuesday A.M instructor. Chude can guide naturalist day hikes in Yosemite one day, rock climbing in the high country the next and prepare and leave for a 23-day John Muir Trail the following. Her backcountry ethics and wilderness first aid skills are legendary. Chude has been studying Anusara yoga for the past 7 years and brings her sense of humor, pleasant demeanor, and ability to relate to all walks of life into her yoga classes. |

BREEZY JACKSON, MS Bass Lake native Breezy is spending the summer studying wildfire and rivers in Yosemite. She is a lover of movement and a proponent of living a healthy and active lifestyle. She recently traded her car for a Masi single speed for an entire Ohio winter. She has taught yoga in exotic locale including Idaho, Costa Rica, and Antarctica. Her yoga teaching style is inspired by Anusara and Iyengar... with maybe a sprinkle of Ashtanga. |
