A Registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and a Anusara Yoga Inspired instructor, Carol's classes focus universal alignment and movement flowing from the heart. Teaching Tai Chi and Yoga from Los Angeles, Hawaii, and San Francisco though the years, Carol's methods create balance and well being for beginning to advanced students.
